Let me explain a little bit about who I am and what I do. I’m a Counsellor. I have a non-judgmental approach and I work with individuals, couples and families.

 My job as a counsellor is to help you be more successful at targeting any problems that have come up for you at this point. To do this, we will talk for around 50 minutes to get a snapshot of your life; what’s working well and what’s not.

Together we will come up with a set of recommendations that will be doable. The recommendations might be things you try on your own like reading some self-help material and practicing various kinds of skills. We may also decide to have you come to see me if we think we can develop some positive momentum on specific skills.
